    Cider Baked Squash

    Serves: 6

    2 medium acorn squash1/2 c. apple cider
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. ground mace

    Slice squash into 1-in.-thick rings and remove seeds. Place squash in a 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan. Pour cider over squash. Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over top. Cover with foil. Bake at 325� for 45 minutes or until squash is tender.
