    Butterscotch Pie -- e-w
    Alert! High Saturated Fat Recipe (5 gms)
    Plan ahead�needs to refrigerate for at least 5-6 hours.
    Serves: 9

    15 reduced-fat graham cracker squares (2-1/2-in. x 2-1/2-in.)
    2 c. cold fat-free milk
    1 1-oz. pkg sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
    1 1.4-oz. pkg. sugar-free instant butterscotch pudding mix
    2 c. (16 oz.) reduced-fat sour cream
    1 large ripe banana, cut into 1/4-in. slices
    1 c. reduced-fat frozen whipped topping, thawed

    In a 9-in square dish, arrange 9 graham cracker squares. Break remaining crackers in half; stand up around the sides of the dish. In a bowl, whisk milk and pudding mixes for 2 minutes or until slightly thickened. Add sour cream; mix well. Arrange banana slices over graham crackers; top with pudding mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least 5-6 hours. Serve with whipped topping.

    Note: This dessert has a soft set.
