    Cran-Apple Crisp - e-w

    Cran-Apple Crisp -- e-w
    Serves: 15

    8 c. sliced peeled Granny Smith or other tart apples (about 5 large)
    3/4 c. Splenda granular
    1/2 c. dried cranberries
    1/2 c. walnuts
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1-1/2 to 2 tsp. grated orange peel

    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1/3 c. whole wheat flour
    1/3 c. non-fat dry milk powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. cloves

    5 T. cold stick margarine
    1/3 c. quick cooking oats

    In a bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients; toss to coat. Transfer to a 9-in. x 13-in. x 2-in. baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray.

    FOR TOPPING:
    In a bowl, combine the next 5 ingredients. Cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in oats. Sprinkle over apples. Bake, uncovered, at 350� for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.
