    DON'T WORRY, BE CRABBY
A really hip, hot crab dip
    Makes about 3 1/2 cups.

    1 1/4 cups low-fat (1%) cottage cheese
3 ozs. "light" cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese (2 ozs.)
    2 tbsp. minced onions
    1 tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. "lite" Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3-4 dashes hot pepper sauce
1 lb. lump crabmeat, chopped or broken up (imitation crabmeat works well)

Preheat oven to 350 F. In a food processor or blender, whirl cottage cheese and cream cheese until smooth. Transfer to a large bowl and stir in remaining ingredients.

Spray a medium casserole dish with non-stick spray. Spoon crabmeat mixture into casserole dish. Cover and bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven. Stir. Let cool, uncovered, for 5 minutes before serving.

Serve as a spread for crackers or as a dip for baked tortilla chips.
