    Yield: 6 servings (1/4 cup each)

    - 1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained, rinsed
    - 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
    - 2 tablespoons fat-free sour cream
    - 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
    - 1 tablespoon tahini
    - 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
    - 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
    - 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
    - 1/4 teaspoon paprika
    - Chopped flat-leaf (Italian) parsley, for garnish

    In a food processor or blender, process the chickpeas, lemon juice, sour cream, olive oil, tahini, garlic, sesame oil, cumin, and paprika until smooth, adding 1 to 3 Tablespoons of water as needed to obtain a creamy consistency. Garnish with the parsley and serve.
