Recipe Introduction
Enjoy your favorite fruits with this lightly spiced sour cream dip. Use regular sour cream or half sour cream and half yogurt if you prefer.
Sour Cream Dip for Fresh Fruit
Makes 8 (2 tablespoon) servings
Chill: 2 hours
2 tablespoons sugar
1/8 teaspoon McCormick� Ground Cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon McCormick� Ground Nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon McCormick� Ground Allspice
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup light dairy sour cream
1/2 teaspoon McCormick� Pure Vanilla Extract
1/8 teaspoon McCormick� Imitation Rum Extract
Place sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and salt in a small bowl and stir until well combined.
Place sour cream in separate bowl and stir sugar mixture into sour cream. Add vanilla and rum extracts and stir.
Spoon into serving dish, cover, and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serve with your favorite fresh fruit.
