    Plan ahead�needs to marinate at least 4 hours or overnight
    Serves: 4

    4 boneless pork loin chops (about 5 oz. each), trimmed of fat
    1/3 c. orange juice
    3 T. each honey and ketchup
    3 T. mango chutney
    1 T. lemon juice
    2 tsp chili powder
    3/4 tsp. ground cumin

    Arrange pork chops in a single layer in a glass baking dish. Whisk together remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Pour over chops. Turn [pieces to coat both sides with marinade. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight if possible.

    Preheat grill. Cook pork chops over hot coals for 6 to 7 minutes per side, basting with leftover marinade. Serve immediately.
