    Serves 4

1 pound pork tenderloin, cut crosswise into 8 pieces
    2 teaspoons salt-free lemon pepper
    2 teaspoons olive oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/3 cup chopped onion
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
    1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    4 teaspoons finely chopped chives

Press each tenderloin piece into 1-inch thick medallion; generously sprinkle with lemon pepper. In skillet over medium high heat, preheat oil. Cook and stir garlic and onion in oil 1 minute, until onion is glossy. Push to side.

Sear pork about 7 minutes on first side. Turn meat; spoon garlic and onion on top and add lemon juice, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Cover; reduce heat to low and cook 7 minutes. Transfer to heated platter; spoon any sauce from skillet over meat and sprinkle with chopped chives. Serve at once.
