    Nuts: Dutch West Indian Peanut Sauce - w

    Use as a sauce for chicken kabobs or grilled chicken
    WW Points
    Yield: 3/4 cup

    1/3 c. fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth
    3 T. creamy peanut butter
    1/2 c. chopped seeded tomato
    2 T. minced green onion
    2 T. chopped fresh cilantro
    1 T. fish sauce
    1 T. fresh lime juice
    1 tsp. grated peeled fresh ginger
    1 tsp. minced Thai chili
    1 tsp. honey
    1 garlic clove, crushed

    Combine broth and peanut butter in a small saucepan; cook over low heat 5 minutes or until smooth, stirring with a whisk. Pour mixture into a bowl and stir in the remaining ingredients. Serve at room temperature.
