Colorful Rice Medley -- e-w
Serves: 4
2 c. water
2 c. uncooked instant rice
1/3 c. shredded carrot
1/4 c. finely chopped red onion
1-1/2 tsp. steak sauce
1 tsp. butter or stick margarine
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. minced fresh parsley
In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Remove from heat and add rice. Cover and let stand for 3 minutes. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
