    Peach Cobbler

    Source of Recipe

    Linda

    Recipe Introduction

Note: If you make a smaller cobbler, use less peaches and less dough. Also, cook for less time.

    List of Ingredients

2 boxes (total of 4 piecrusts) Pillsbury Already Pie Crust (In dairy case)
    16 peaches, peeled and sliced
    1/4 cup flour
    2 cups sugar
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/2->1 tsp cinnamon

    Recipe

Mix all together. Juice from peaches should make enough liquid to moisten this mixture. Set aside and let the juices have a few minutes to make the juice.
I use a deep dish, so...

I spray my deep dish with Pam.
Put in my first pie crust.
Spread 1/3rd of the mixture over the first pie crust.
Cover with pats of butter or margarine.

Cover this mixture with second pie crust.
Spread 1/3rd of the mixture over the second pie crust.
Cover with pats of butter or margarine.

Cover this mixture with third pie crust.
Spread 1/3rd of the mixture over the third pie crust.
Cover with pats of butter or margarine.

Cover this mixture with fourth and last pie crust.
Cut decorative "steam hole" in center of top crust.
    Spray top with Pam.

Cover with aluminium foil (so it won't brown too soon) and bake at 425 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Uncover and continue baking until it is brown on top.

Cover in ice cream and enjoy!
