    A Russian River Favorite!


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb Brussel sprouts, halved and cored (2 cups)
    • 3 Tbsp butter
    • 1 leek sliced 1/2 inch thick
    • 2 large carrots sliced to 1/2 inch thick
    • 1 Tbsp water
    • 1/4 tsp caraway seed
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • Black pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. Saute the Brussels Sprouts in butter over medium heat for 3 minutes.
    2. Stir in the leek and carrots and saute 2 minutes more.
    3. Add the 1 Tbsp of water
    4. Cover and steam for 5 minutes.
    5. Sprinkle with caraway seed and season with salt and pepper.
