Fresh Peach Chutney

List of Ingredients
1 lb fresh peaches
1 medium red onion
1/2 c diced peppers
1 c sugar
1 c apple cider vinegar
1/2 t mustard seed
1/4 t ground cinnamon
1/4 t ground cardamom
1/4 t ground cumin
1/4 t turmeric
Pinch of ground cloves
Recipe
Directions:
Peel, seed and dice peaches. Cut red onion into medium dice. Cut peppers or chiles into medium dice. Add oil to saut� pan and heat over medium heat. Add onions and peppers and allow to cook until soft. Add vinegar and sugar. Simmer for about 5 minutes and add peaches. Add spices and cook until peaches are very soft. Remove from heat and serve or place in container for storage. This condiment will taste better after a few days. Peach chutney can be served hot or cold.
