    2 cups flour
    1/4 cup sugar
    2 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 cup (1 stick) cold butter or margarine
    1 cup POST SELECTS GREAT GRAINS Raisins, Dates, Pecans Whole Grain Cereal
    3 eggs, divided
    1/3 cup whipping cream
    2 Tbsp. water

    PREHEAT oven to 425�F. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in large bowl. Cut in butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in cereal; set aside. Beat 2 of the eggs and the cream in small bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Add to flour mixture; stir until mixture forms soft dough. Shape into ball.

    PLACE dough on lightly floured surface; knead until no longer sticky. Roll out to 12x6-inch rectangle. Cut into 8 (3-inch) squares; cut each square diagonally in half to form 2 triangles. Place on lightly greased baking sheet. Beat remaining egg and the water with wire whisk until well blended; brush over dough triangles.
    BAKE 12 to 14 min. or until lightly browned. Serve warm.

    YIELD: 16 SCONES
