    List of Ingredients




    4 Small Bright Red Sashimi Quality Tuna Fillets
    1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Avocado Oil
    1 T Peppercorn (reserve)
    1 T Capers (reserve)
    � Cup of scissor cut mint leaves (dry in a pinch)
    1 Lime Juiced
    1-2 tsp equivalent stevia sweetner
    2 English Cucumbers (reserve �)
    1T Dry Mustard
    Real Salt & Pepper


    Recipe



    Blend oil, mint, lime, dry mustard, salt, pepper then add 1 � cucumber to blender, puree 2 minutes.

    Prepare tuna fillets and place in shallow baking dish, (top with peppercorns and Capers). Pour marinade over fish fillets for 2 hours room temp or overnight if refrigerated. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until well cooked, spoon marinade over fish and broil last 4 minutes.
