    List of Ingredients




    4 cups CharGrill smoked barbecue sauce (Kraft)
    1/2 cup white vinegar
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    12 ounces beer
    1 teaspoon salt
    8 packs Goya Sazo'n (Optional)
    1 Tablespoon ground hot red chile
    1 teaspoon black pepper
    1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
    4 chicken cut in half or quarters


    Recipe



    1. Preheat oven to 375.

    2. Mix all ingredients in saucepan and simmer, uncovered, over low heat for 20 minutes. Stir to well.

    3. Place chicken in large baking pans skin side up and bake for 30 minutes.

    4. Remove chicken from oven. Add pan juices to sauce

    5. Bring sauce to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes.

    6. Put chicken on grill with lid closed. Baste with sauce during cooking.

    7. Baste frequently and turn chicken after about 15 minutes. Cook for 30 to 40 minutes until tender.

    8. Serve chicken with remaining barbecue sauce.
