Creamy Cheesecake

Recipe Introduction
This is a creamy rich cheesecake. All ingredients must be at room temperature. This cake is baked in a souffle dish or high cake pan, 8" in size.
List of Ingredients
- 4-8oz cream cheese
- 1 3/4 c sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325
- Butter a 9" souffle dish or any high pan 8"
- Cream cheese and sugar together. Then add eggs one at at time and incorporate after each egg. Add sour cream last. Pour into dish.
- Place cheese cake in large pan with water
- Bake at 325 for 90 minutes. Then turn oven off and let sit for 20 minutes with oven door shut. Remove.
- Cool on counter for 3 hours. Then invert onto cake plate.
- Serve plain, or with fruit or chocolate coat the cake.
