    Recipe Introduction


    This is a creamy rich cheesecake. All ingredients must be at room temperature. This cake is baked in a souffle dish or high cake pan, 8" in size.


    List of Ingredients


    • 4-8oz cream cheese
    • 1 3/4 c sugar
    • 4 eggs
    • 1/2 c sour cream


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 325
    2. Butter a 9" souffle dish or any high pan 8"
    3. Cream cheese and sugar together. Then add eggs one at at time and incorporate after each egg. Add sour cream last. Pour into dish.
    4. Place cheese cake in large pan with water
    5. Bake at 325 for 90 minutes. Then turn oven off and let sit for 20 minutes with oven door shut. Remove.
    6. Cool on counter for 3 hours. Then invert onto cake plate.
    7. Serve plain, or with fruit or chocolate coat the cake.
    8. Enjoy!
