    Chickin Lickin Good Pork Chops

    List of Ingredients

    6-8 Pork chops - 1" Thick
    1 can undiluted chicken and rice soup
    1/2 t. dry mustard
    1/2 c. flour
    1 T. salt
    1/2 t. garlic powder


    Dredge porkchops in mixture of flour, salt, dry mustard, and garlic powder. Brown in 2T oil (may need to add more after after browning a few chops)in large skillet. Place browned pork chops in crock pot. Add soup. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.
    **I usually use 2 cans of soup because I layer it by putting a little soup in the pot first, then porkchops, then soup, then chops, etc. Make sure to save enough soup to pour over the top. This is also good if you lay a few strips of bacon over the top. This is absolutely the best porkchop recipe. PEOPLE LOVE THIS. It makes the mean so tender you'll want to use a large spoon to remove them from the pot.
