    Slow Cooker Cranberry Cider

    List of Ingredients




    I got this recipe from Janice H. at the recipe exchange at THS forums

    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    2 c. sifted flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 c. milk
    1 1/4 c. pineapple, crushed
    1/4 c. pineapple juice

    Topping:
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    1/2 c. sifted flour
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/3 c. brown sugar

    Sift dry ingredients together. Combine margarine,
    flour, milk and pineapple juice. Add to dry ingredients and
    mix until just blended. Place in lined cupcake tins. Top each
    cake with pineapple. Mix flour, cinnamon and brown sugar for
    topping. Add margarine and blend. Sprinkle this over the
    cakes. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 18.
