    Microwave Caramel Corn

    List of Ingredients




    "Microwave Carmelcorn" Air pop 3-1/2 qts popcorn. Put into a large brown paper bag. In a glass
    bowl melt in microwave on high for 3 minutes 1 stick butter or margarine, 1 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup + 1/2 tsp. light karo
    syrup. Stir it, and boil on high for 2 more min. Stir in 1/2 tsp baking soda, this will cause the mixture to foam up. Pour this
    mixture over the popcorn in the paper bag. Close the bag and shake to cover the popcorn. Put the bag into the microwave on
    high for 1-1/2 min. Take the bag out and shake it again. Return to the microwave for 1 more minute. Take the bag out of the
    microwave and let popcorn cool in the bag. Shake it occasionally to seperate the pieces. !!!!!ENJOY!!!!!
