    List of Ingredients

    4 cups herbal tea (Citrus flavored teas taste best in my opinion. I use the tablespoons of the �Kool Aid� alternative from this post
    2 - 4 Tbls raw honey or maple syrup
    1/4 tsp celtic sea salt or real salt
    a few drops of Concentrace minerals drops (optional)


    Mix all ingredients together and store in fridge.

    Author's Note: I�ve found that when I make batches with honey � which is naturally antimicrobial � and store in the coldest part of the fridge it lasts for at least a week.
