Eggplant sauce and whole wheat pasta

2 Tbsp olive oil
1 large onion(s)
2 clove garlic clove(s)
2 medium eggplant(s)
4 1/4 cup canned crushed tomatoes
14 oz uncooked whole-wheat pasta
1 cup fat-free chicken broth
Sautee onion in olive oil till light brown, Add 2 cloves of garlic sliced . Cut eggplant into cubes about 1/4 inch. Add to Sautee pan Add 1/2 cup fat free chicken broth. Cook till eggplant starts to soften mixing often. Add 1 Large can of crushed tomatoes. Cook in Sautee pan about 20 mins till eggplant is softened. If it gets to thick add a bit more chicken broth or a little water. Stir occasionally. Cook Pasta to softness of your choice .
Add eggplant sauce and enjoy.
