    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 c. butter
    • 1/2 c. sugar
    • 1/2 c. brown sugar
    • 1 egg
    • 1/3 c. peanut butter
    • 1/2 tsp. soda
    • 1/4 tsp. salt
    • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    • 1 c. flour
    • 1 c. quick cooking rolled oats
    • 1 6-oz pkg. chocolate chips


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 pan. Cream together the butter, sugar and brown sugar; blend in egg, peanut butter, soda, salt and vanilla. Stir in the flour and oats.
    2. Spread the mixture evenly in the pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. Immediately when the bars are removed from the oven sprinkle chocolate chips over them. When they have melted spread them around and they are your frosting.
