Serve this appetizer in baked pastry shells. Serves 4 to 5. You can also use this mixture to top steaks or seafood for a decadent meal.
List of Ingredients
1/4 cup onion, finely minced
4 tablespoons green pepper, finely minced
3 tablespoons salted butter
1 can (10 1/4 ounces) cream of potatoe soup
3/4 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup sharp cheddar, shredded
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 cups crab meat, drained
Puff pastry shells, bakedRecipe
Saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender. Add soup and cream; heat slowly, stirring constantly. Bring just to boiling. Add cheese and stir until melted. Add crabmeat and lemon juice and cook until fully heated.
Place mixture in baked pastry shells.
