Cornbread-Coated Pork Chops

Instead of stuffing pork chops, use this streamlined recipe to coat the chops in store-bought cornbread stuffing mix. You get lots of flavor with little effort.
1/4-cup sour cream
4-pork loin chops (5 ounces each), cut 3/4-to 1 inch thick, all visible fat removed
1 1/2-cups cornbread stuffing mix
Freshly ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 375� F. Spread sour cream over pork chops, coating all sides. Coat with cornbread stuffing mix. Place coated pork chops on a rack in a shallow baking pan. Season with pepper. Bake chops, uncovered 45 minutes or until done. Serve immediately. Serves 4.
