    List of Ingredients


    • 2T. vegetable oil
    • 1 med. onion, chopped
    • 3(8oz) cans tomato sauce
    • 1/2c. red wine vinegar
    • 1/2c. brown sugar
    • 2T. Worcestershire sauce
    • 1/2t. freshly ground pepper


    Instructions


    1. Heat oil in medium saucepan and saute onion until softened.
    2. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer, uncovered, until thickened, about 30 mins., stirring occasionally.
    3. Let cool, then cover and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
