Spiced-Mustard Chicken

List of Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp mustard, hot and spicy
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp dehydrated onion flakes
- 1/2 cup sweet red pepper(s)
- 2 cup spinach
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 item acorn squash, cooked
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 6 oz uncooked chicken breast, boneless and skinless
Instructions
- Preheat broiler. Coat chicken with mustard and sprinkle with pepper flakes. Broil until no longer pink. Heat a nonstick skillet with some butter. Add onion flakes, pepper and spinach. Drizzle with lemon juice and season to taste. Saut� until spinach is wilted. Serve chicken and saut�ed vegetables with squash and butter.
