    Spiced-Mustard Chicken

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 Tbsp mustard, hot and spicy
    • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
    • 1 tsp dehydrated onion flakes
    • 1/2 cup sweet red pepper(s)
    • 2 cup spinach
    • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
    • 1 item acorn squash, cooked
    • 1 Tbsp Butter
    • 6 oz uncooked chicken breast, boneless and skinless


    Instructions


    1. Preheat broiler. Coat chicken with mustard and sprinkle with pepper flakes. Broil until no longer pink. Heat a nonstick skillet with some butter. Add onion flakes, pepper and spinach. Drizzle with lemon juice and season to taste. Saut� until spinach is wilted. Serve chicken and saut�ed vegetables with squash and butter.
