    List of Ingredients

    • 2 cups all-purpose flour
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
    • 1 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 3/4 cup milk
    • 6 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
    • 1 large egg
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla


    1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
    2. Grease 2 large cookie sheets
    3. Prepare cookie dough in large bowl: beat flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, salt, milk, butter, egg and vanilla until smooth
    4. Drop heaping tablespoons of dough two inches apart to form 12 cookies on each cookie sheet.
    5. Bake until puffy, 12-14 minutes
    6. With wide spatula place cookies on wire rack to cool
    7. Spread 1 tablespoon of marshmallow cream filling between 2 cookies. (recipe attached)
