    Recipe Introduction

This recipe is made simple because it is intended for children to make. But don't let the simplicity fool you! This is my new favorite dessert!

    List of Ingredients

    2 golden delicious apples
    2 tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    flour for dusting
    1 can refrigerated biscuits

    Recipe

Heat oven to 350. Peel apples, grate them into a medium bowl. In a small bowl, combine cinnamon and sugar. Stir half of cinnamon sugar into grated apples. Roll each biscuit to about 5" in diameter. Spoon apple mixture onto each circle. Fold circles over and pinch edges to seal. Place on a baking sheet. Brush pies with water and sprinkle with remaining cinnamon sugar. Bake 20 minutes or until golden.

tip: I used confectioners sugar instead of flour for dusting and I also used the premade cinnamon sugar mixture sold in stores. Grating the apples is kind of messy, so I just dice mine by hand.
