    1 cup of graham cracker crumbs
    1/4 cup of sugar
    1/4 cup of melted margarine
    12 oz. cream cheese
    2/3 cup of condensed milk
    2 large eggs, separated
    2 tablespoons of confectioners' sugar
    1/2 teaspoon of lemon rind
    1/3 cup of sour cream
    1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
    1/4 teaspoon of salt

    Combine cracker crumbs, sugar and margarine. Reserve 1/4 cup. Put balance on bottom of 7"x11" pan. Beat cheese until fluffy, blend in condensed milk. Add egg yolks, one at a time. Beat in remaining ingredients except salt. Beat egg whites with salt until stiff and fold into cheese mixture. Turn into pan and sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Bake at 300�F. for 30 minutes. Cool away from drafts. Refrigerate.
