    4 eggs
    3/4 cup of dark brown sugar
    1/2 cup of light corn syrup
    4 tablespoons of butter, melted
    1 tablespoon of vanilla
    2 tablespoons of coffee flavored liqueur or strong coffee
    One 7 ounce jar of macadamia nuts, reserve 8 nuts for garnish and coarsely chop remainder
    1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate morsels
    1 cup of heavy cream
    4 tablespoons of confectioners sugar
    2 tablespoons of flavored liqueur or strong coffee

    In a medium sized bowl, lightly beat the eggs. Add the sugar, syrup, butter, vanilla, liqueur or coffee. Add the nuts and morsels. Turn into crust and smooth out evenly. Bake in a preheated 425�F. oven for 10 minutes. Reduce the heat to 350�F. and bake for 30 minutes longer. Cool at room temperature, chill. At serving time, remove the tart from the refrigerator to warm up a bit. Whip cream with sugar and liqueur or coffee until stiff. Garnish tart with nuts and dollops of cream. Serves 8
