List of Ingredients
� � cup finely chopped, peeled apple
� � cup whole-kernel corn
� � cup bread crumbs
� 1 TBSP. chopped onion
� 1 TBSP. snipped fresh parsley
� 1 TBSP. milk
� � TSP. snipped fresh sage
� 4 Chops, Cut 1 � inch thick
� � cup honey
� � cup yellow mustard
� � TSP. snipped fresh rosemary
� � TSP. salt
� 1/8 TSP. pepper
Recipe
For the stuffing, combine the apple, corn, bread crumbs, onion, milk, parsley, sage.
Cut a slit pocket in each chop and spoon � of the stuffing in each.
For the sauce:
Combine the honey, mustard, rosemary salt and pepper. Stir until smooth.
Heat a large skillet with 1 TBSP olive oil and brown the stuffed chops on both sides. Place the browned chops in a roasting pan and bake chops in a 350 degree oven (uncovered) for 35 to 45 minutes, basting occasionally with the sauce.
Makes 4 servings.
