    � cup chopped celery
    � cup chopped carrots
    2 Tablespoons olive oil
    3 cloves minced garlic
    2 cup chicken stock (homemade recommended
    1 can (16 ounces) garbanzo beans
    � cup ditilini (tiny tube pasta)
    Freshly grated Parmesan
    Fresh Italian bread

    Recipe



    Brown celery and carrots in olive oil, add garlic and stir so it doesn�t burn. Put in the stock and the beans; then add the ditilini, and cook for 5 minutes. Pour into bowls, grate fresh Parmesan over the soup and serve with some good, fresh Italian bread. Makes 4 servings.
