Butter Brickle Cookies

These are my son's favorite cookies - and so easy!
1 (18.5 oz.) package yellow Super Moist cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted and cooled
1 (6 oz.) package Heath almond brickle chips or toffee chips
Milk (optional)
Preheat oven to 300�. In bowl, combine cake mix, eggs and butter, mixing well by hand. Add brickle chips and blend well, literally with your hands. If dough is crumbly, add a little millk - 1/4 teaspoon at a time - just enough to make into balls. (I've never had to add milk.) Make into balls; press down onto greased baking sheet. Bake 9-11 minutes, taking care not to overbake (cookies won't really brown except a bit around the edges). Remove and cool on racks after 3-5 minutes (so cookies won't fall apart).
NOTE: Do not use air-cushioned pans - use regular cookie sheetsRecipe
