    Butter Brickle Cookies

    These are my son's favorite cookies - and so easy!

    1 (18.5 oz.) package yellow Super Moist cake mix
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted and cooled
    1 (6 oz.) package Heath almond brickle chips or toffee chips
    Milk (optional)

    Preheat oven to 300. In bowl, combine cake mix, eggs and butter, mixing well by hand. Add brickle chips and blend well, literally with your hands. If dough is crumbly, add a little millk - 1/4 teaspoon at a time - just enough to make into balls. (I've never had to add milk.) Make into balls; press down onto greased baking sheet. Bake 9-11 minutes, taking care not to overbake (cookies won't really brown except a bit around the edges). Remove and cool on racks after 3-5 minutes (so cookies won't fall apart).

    NOTE: Do not use air-cushioned pans - use regular cookie sheets
