    List of Ingredients

    scratch - Apple Pudding Cake, soft+juicy

    for the apple filling:
    10 - 12 sliced apples
    enough water to cover apples
    1/2 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/4 cup honey
    1/4 cup butter

    for the cake batter:
    1 1/4 cups flour, (use almond flour for carb)
    1/2 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    3 tablespoons soft butter
    2/3 tablespoons honey

    Preheat oven to 350 F (180 C).
    for the apple filling:
    Place the apple slices in a saucepan and add water just until the
    apples are 1/4 covered.
    Cook over a medium high heat until the apples are soft and mushy.
    Drain the cxcess liquid off into a bowl and set aside to use later.
    Add the cinnamon, honey and butter. Stir and simmer while preparing
    the cake batter.
    Preheat oven to 350. Grease a baking dish.
    for the cake batter:
    In a bowl, place 1 cup of the flour, the cinnamon, and the baking soda.
    Blend together until all the lumps are gone. Add the butter, honey and
    the cooled juice from the apples and stir. The batter should be smooth
    and pourable. If it seems too thin add the other 1/4 cup of flour.
    Pour the apple filling into the baking dish. Stir the cake batter into the
    apples and bake for 45 minutes - 1 hour, or until a knife or toothpick
    comes out clean.
