1/4 c. frozen orange juice concentrate

    for the white glaze:
1/2 c. sifted powdered confectioners sugar
    1/8 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 tsp. milk, approximately

Heat oven to 350. Grease and flour a 10" bundt or 12 c. tube pan.

    for the swirling mix:
Mix sugar, cocoa and cinnamon together in a small bowl until well combined. Set aside.

    for the cake:
In a large bowl, combine the butter, eggs and sour cream together.
Stir in the cake mix, orange zest and water until moistened.
Pour 1/2 of the batter into the pan.
    Sprinkle with swirling mixture.
Then spoon the rest of the batter on top of the swirling mixture.
Use a knife or small spatula to make gentle swirlings in the layers of batter.
Bake for 50 - 60 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
Cool in pan for 15 minutes, then invert onto serving plate.
    Let cool completely.

    for the orange glaze:
Combine the sugar and concentrate in a small saucepan.
Boil for 2 minutes over a medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Allow glaze to cool at least 5 minutes before spooning over the cooled cake.
Let set before going on to the next glaze.

    for the white glaze:
Mix the powdered sugar with vanilla and milk to make the desired drizzling consistency.
Drizzle over top of the orange glaze.
    Makes 16 servings.
