    scratch - Coffee + Cream Cake, adult

    3 cups flour
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1 cup softened butter, (2 sticks)
    2 cups granulated white sugar
    4 extra large eggs
    1/4 cup Bailey's Irish Cream
    1/4 cup Kahlua coffee liquor
    1/4 cup whipping cream

    Heat oven to 325 degrees.
    Butter a bundt/tube pan, then dust with some granulated
    white sugar.
    Stir together the flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Set aside.
    Whisk the eggs, liquors and cream together in a small bowl. Set aside.
    Cream butter and sugar together.
    Then alternately add the flour mixture and the liquid mixture until
    well mixed. Pour into bundt pan.
    Bake for about 1 hour and 10 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
