    fresh - Candied Chicken, t+t

    6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 cup pancake syrup
    1/2 cup ketchup
    1/2 cup vinegar

    Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
    Trim any excess fat and skin from chicken.
    Lay breasts flat in 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking pan.
    Combine remaining ingredients in bowl and mix well
    with a wire whisk or fork.
    Pour over chicken breasts.
    Bake for 30 to 45 minutes, until chicken is tender
    and sauce is thickened, turning and basting 2/3
    times during baking.
