    Recipe Introduction

For old-fashioned harvest flavor, nothing beats warm, tender baked apple slices over ice cream. This recipe gives a new twist to traditional baked apples--the slices are also excellent served over waffles or with ham. Make sure to save room for dessert when this is the featured finale!
