    Easy Cranberry Pear Crisp

    2 cups fresh cranberries, washed and picked over
    2 cups freshly sliced pears
    1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    2 tablespoons white granulated sugar
    1/2 cup flour
    1/2 cup light brown sugar
    1/4 cup butter, (1/2 stick)

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
    Mix cranberries and pears togther in an 8x8x2 inch baking pan.
    Mix cinnamon and sugar together ans sprinkle over fruit.
    Use a small bowl to blend flour and brown sugar together.
    Mix in butter until crumbly.
    Sprinkle over fruit.
    Bake 35 - 40 minutes, until topping is golden and fruit is tender.
    Let set 20 minutes before serving.
    Serve topped with ice cream, thawed frozen whipped topping
    or whipped cream.
