    20 - 22 crushed graham crackers
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/2 . white granulated sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    2 egg yolks, separate whites from yolks
    2 tbsp. lemon gelatin
    2 c. frozen whipped topping, thawed

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350.
    Mix graham cracker crumbs and butter together. Set aside 1/4 c. Spread remainder in an 8x10x2" pan and bake for 10 - 12 minutes. Remove and let cool.
    Mix sugar, milk and egg yolks together in a saucepan.
    Cook on medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Add lemon gelatin while still hot. Cool.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Carefully fold whipped topping into egg whites.
    Then fold white/topping mixture into custard.
    Pour into crust and sprinkle reserved crumbs on top.
    Chill.
    Makes 15 - 20 servings, depending on size cut.
