    Fruit Pizza #1

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 c. flour
    3/4 c. melted butter, (1 1/2 sticks)
    1 c. chopped nuts, optional, (peanuts, walnuts, cashews, pecans)
    dash of salt
    1 tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. orange juice
    2 tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. water
    1 8oz. pkg. softened cream cheese
    1 c. frozen whipped topping, thawed
    1 c. powdered confectioners sugar
    2 c. fresh strawberries, cut in half, (1 pint)
    2 - 3 sliced bananas
    1 16oz. can sliced peaches, drained, (or equivalent of fresh)
    1 8oz. can pineapple chunks, drained, (or equivalent of fresh)

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 350.
    Mix the flour, butter and nuts together and spread on to a pizza pan.
    Bake for 10 minutes and set aside to let cool completely.
    Stir together the sugar, salt and cornstarch in a small saucepan.
    Gradually stir in the orange juice, lemon juice and water.
    Using a medium heat, cook and stir constantly, until it starts to boil and thicken. Continue to boil and stir for 1 minute.
    Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
    Mix the cream cheese, whipped topping, and powdered sugar together and spread on top of the cooled crust.
    Arrange the strawberries around the edge of the pizza.
    Place the banana slices in a circle next to the strawberries, overlapping, slightly.
    Place the peaches in a circle next to the bananas.
    Mound the pineapple chunks in the center, and put some between the peach slices.
    Place a large strawberry in center of the pineapple chunks.
    Spoon the cool orange sauce over top of the fruit.
    Cut into wedges.
