    List of Ingredients




    Potato Bacon Chowder

    8 slices chopped bacon
    1 cup chopped onion
    2 cups cubed potatoes
    1 cup water
    1 cup sour cream
    1 3/4 cup milk
    1 can condensed cream of celery soup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    Dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley (optional)

    Fry bacon until crisp in a 3 qt. sauce pan. Add onion and
    saute for 2-3 minutes. Pour off fat and add potatoes and
    water. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until potatoes
    are tender. Stir in soup and sour cream; gradually add milk.
    Add salt, pepper, and parsley. Heat to serving temperature.
    Makes 7 cups.
