Fudge Sauce/Chocolate Frosting

List of Ingredients
1 6oz. pkg, semi sweet chocolate morsels
1/2 c. evaporated milkRecipe
Put ingredients into a heavy 1 quart saucepan.
Stir over a low heat until the chocolate melts completely.
Serve warm over ice cream, cake or pudding.
Makes 1 cup.
Leftover may be reheated over low heat.
Variations:
Fudge Mallow Sauce - Add 1 c. miniature marshmallows.
Fudge Peanut Sauce - Add 2 tbsp. peanut butter.
Fudge Mint Sauce - Add few drops peppermint extract after the chocolate melts.
Chocolate Frosting - When the chocolate melts, remove from heat and add 3 c. sifted powdered confectioners sugar; stir in until smooth. Makes enough to frost two 8/9" layers of cake or 36 cupcakes. Frosting can be thinned with a little more milk or thickened with powdered sugar.
