    6 cups self-rising flour
    3/4 cup sugar
    3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    2 cups chopped pecans
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 cup sour cream
    2 cups milk
    1/4 cup shortening, melted

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350�F. Spray 2 9x5-inch loaf pans with non-stick vegetable spray.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugars, and pecans. In a small bowl, combine eggs, sour cream, milk, and shortening; add to flour mixture, stirring until just moistened. Pour into prepared loaf pans.

    Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until a tester inserted in the center of the loaves comes out clean. Cool in pans for 10 minutes. Remove from pans; cool completely on a wire rack.
