SAUSAGE MACARONI AND CHEESE

List of Ingredients
1 lb pork sausage
1 c. chopped onion
3 oz of 7-minute macaroni (I just use Barilla Plus)
1 can cream of celery (I like cream of chicken or mushroom)
2/3 c. milk
3 slightly beaten eggs
2 c. shredded sharp process cheese
1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
1 T butter, melted
Recipe
Cook meat and onion until meat is browned. Place in ungreased 8 x 8 x 2 baking pan. Cook macaroni. Drain. Place on top of meat. Combine soup and milk. Heat. Stir small amount of hot mixture into eggs; return to remaining hot mixture. Add cheese. Pour over macaroni. Mix cornflake crumbs and butter. Arrange in border. Bake 350�F, 40-45 min. Serves 6
