List of Ingredients
- 2 T. Olive oil
- 1 large chopped onion
- 1 med. stalk celery
- 1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 3 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary
- 4 c. cooked great nothern beans
- 4 c. beef broth
- 1 c. elbo pasta
- 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1 lb. breakfast sausage
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large soup pan over medium heat for 1 min.
- Add the sausage, onion and celery; satue stirring occassionaly, until soft, about 10 min. Drain
- Add tomato sauce, garlic, parsley & rosemary. Cover and cook for 5 min.
- Add beans and beef broth. Bring to a simmer over moderate heat.
- Stir in pasta and cook uncovered stirring frequently until pasta is tender.
- Add cheese, salt & pepper to taste.
