    List of Ingredients


    • 2 T. Olive oil
    • 1 large chopped onion
    • 1 med. stalk celery
    • 1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
    • 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    • 3 Tbsp. garlic powder
    • 1/2 tsp. rosemary
    • 4 c. cooked great nothern beans
    • 4 c. beef broth
    • 1 c. elbo pasta
    • 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
    • 1 Tbsp. black pepper
    • 1 lb. breakfast sausage


    Instructions


    1. Heat the oil in a large soup pan over medium heat for 1 min.

    2. Add the sausage, onion and celery; satue stirring occassionaly, until soft, about 10 min. Drain

    3. Add tomato sauce, garlic, parsley & rosemary. Cover and cook for 5 min.

    4. Add beans and beef broth. Bring to a simmer over moderate heat.

    5. Stir in pasta and cook uncovered stirring frequently until pasta is tender.

    6. Add cheese, salt & pepper to taste.
