    List of Ingredients




    3/4 c. water
    2 T. Olive oil
    2 cups bread flour
    1 T. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1-1/2 tsp. bread machine yeast
    2-3 T. Olive oil
    1/2 c. sliced Kalamata olives
    2-3 T. fresh chopped rosemary or other herb fresh ground pepper, if desired.

    Recipe



    Put top six ingredients in bread machine in order recommended by your machine manufacturer. select dough cycle. Grease cookie sheet orbaking stone.

    Pat dough into a 12" round. Cover and let rise in warm place until double (30 minutes).

    Heat oven to 400 degrees. Make deep depressions in dough at 1-inch intervals with finger or handle of wooden spoon. Place olives in depressions.

    Drizzle with 3 T. olive oil, sprinkle with rosemary and pepper.

    Bake 15 - 18 minutes or until edge is golden brown. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cut into wedges and serve warm.

    Makes one 12" circle.
