    List of Ingredients

    • Boneless and skinless Chicken Breast
    • 1 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
    • 2 egg whites
    • 1 tsp of garlic powder
    • 1/2 tsp black pepper
    • Cayenne pepper, to taste ( I like Chipotle Pepper)


    1. Preheat Oven to 400 degrees.

      In a bowl mix all ingredients except chicken breast
    2. Cut Chicken into strips and place in the mixture.
    3. Cook meat in the broiler, Just turn often brushing the vinegar/egg mixture over the pieces as they cook. Discard any remaining sauce.
    4. Mix some more sauce up omittin the egg whites, cook for 5 minutes at a constant boil to reduce and thicken some.
      Serve on the side.
