    Turkey Meatballs (Poached)

    Recipe Introduction


    These are best when Poached in Your Favorite Tomatoe Sauce. I use my recipe for Homestyle Spaghetti Sauce or my Spicey Spaghetti Sauce. Drop them into the sause and simmer until cooked.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lb. Ground Turkey
    • 2 Egg Whites
    • 1 T. Parsley
    • 1 T. Oregano
    • tsp Pepper
    • tsp Red Pepper Flakes
    • 2 tsp. Onion Minced
    • 2 tsp. Garlic Minced
    • tsp. Nutmeg


    Instructions


    1. Mix all ingredients Add water a little at a time until the meat mixture holds together and can be formed into balls.
    2. Shape gently into balls (weigh the Meat, you want them to be right about 1/8-1/4 ounce each)

    3. Simmer 20 minutes, or until done.
